In order to get a room location on Multiverse-Chat you need to fill out the application form and send it in.

It will be evaluated by the site Owner and you'll be contacted by e-mail or icq whichever you indicate.

Rooms require at least 1 paying member.

It should be made clear that simply asking for a room does not guarantee getting one.
